REAL BEAUTY: UNCOVERED MEET+GREET

What is the Real Beauty: Uncovered movement?

It is a host of programs, resources, and events designed to help people feel amazing from the inside out.

It promotes the understanding that beauty comes from within a woman. Dani McDonald, the creator and photographer, focuses on capturing life and exploring the beauty of what is 'real'. In a world where the touched-up and altered images of women in the media has stirred much discussion, she photographs women barefaced, real and honest.

What is the meet and greet info session?
We would love for you to join us in meeting the Creator of the award-winning project Real Beauty: Uncovered, Dani McDonald. This info session will allow you to learn more about the Real Beauty: Uncovered experience and get a taste of Dani's inspirational outlook.

What is the Real Beauty: Uncovered experience?

It is a 60 minute interview and photography session that encourages you to take a deeper look at yourself - uncovering how societal norms affect your view of yourself and others and reclaiming your own sense of beauty and self-expression.

Who Can Come?

Bring your best friend, your mother, your daughter, and anyone else you think could benefit from this uplifting experience!

Unlock Your Body w/ Eleonora Zampatti

Unlock your body: A Strength and Flexibility Workshop

Flexibility is not a prerequisite of yoga; physical flexibility is a result of a yoga practice, but it should not be the destination.

It is much more than that.
This workshop is designed to teach you how to open up your body through yin and yang-style stretching, dynamic flow, static strength holds and core work that you incorporate in your personal practice. We will work on specific movements to deeply stretch the body, develop the ability to go deeper into basic asanas and release tensions from the body all to eventually facilitate our transitions into more advanced poses, arm balancing and inversions.

Science of Spirit

Dig Into The Subconscious Mind || Connect Back To Self

Advanced Training For Healing (RYS 30h)

Yoga is often taught as the union of the mind, body, and spirit, but what exactly is the spirit and how does it effect our practice?

Traditionally the spirit is believed to be an ether that creates our consciousness and journeys through lifetimes of physical bodies to learn earthly lessons. Being that it is an esoteric concept, often it can be quiet difficult for the average person to connect with let alone experience the depth of ones spirit.

This training and immersion will delve into exploring what that exactly is and how to start to recognize it within, as well as guiding others on a journey of inward reflection and connection.

We will cover and explore the human spirit and how to heal with a combination of Metaphysics, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Vedic Philosophy, Yoga Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation, Journaling, Open Discussion, and combinations of Erica Jung’s personal life experiences and techniques gathered over an extensive career in preventative and western health care.

For yoga teachers, this will be a powerful space of self healing and awareness allowing for deeper and stronger presence and clarity as a guide, as well as being able to invite your students to explore more than just movement.

For any yoga practitioner or persons looking to lead a healthier and happier life, this course will guide you in embracing the pains that hold us back, and release them for a freedom and happiness you’ve never felt before.
