Unlock your body: A Strength and Flexibility Workshop
Flexibility is not a prerequisite of yoga; physical flexibility is a result of a yoga practice, but it should not be the destination.
It is much more than that.
This workshop is designed to teach you how to open up your body through yin and yang-style stretching, dynamic flow, static strength holds and core work that you incorporate in your personal practice. We will work on specific movements to deeply stretch the body, develop the ability to go deeper into basic asanas and release tensions from the body all to eventually facilitate our transitions into more advanced poses, arm balancing and inversions.
