Learn to move more efficiently through space and time through a cross disciplinary exchange of information. Built off of the engagement and technique taught in our Vinyasa style classes, MVMNT & FLIGHT will dramatically improve your proprioception, mobility, agility, and stamina.  This class is for the mid-advanced level athlete / practitioner looking to increase their strength, coordination, and "loaded" range of motion.

PREREQUISITES:

  • At least 3-6 months attending SUMMUS open level vinyasa classes.
  • Some experience and basic understanding of inversions/arm balancing
