Denise has been an icon and intricate part of the Morristown fitness community for over 20 years. Her life has been filled with fitness/dance since a very early age beginning with her journey in gymnastics and dance.  Her deep passion for movement and body mechanics led her to Pilates and various types of exercise. She is the mother of two and is thrilled to specialize in Pre and Postpartum fitness. She opened Commit To Change Studio over 20 years ago and has been dedicated to learningand sharing her passion with others.
