Science of Spirit

Dig Into The Subconscious Mind || Connect Back To Self

Advanced Training For Healing (RYS 30h)

Yoga is often taught as the union of the mind, body, and spirit, but what exactly is the spirit and how does it effect our practice?

Traditionally the spirit is believed to be an ether that creates our consciousness and journeys through lifetimes of physical bodies to learn earthly lessons. Being that it is an esoteric concept, often it can be quiet difficult for the average person to connect with let alone experience the depth of ones spirit.

This training and immersion will delve into exploring what that exactly is and how to start to recognize it within, as well as guiding others on a journey of inward reflection and connection.

We will cover and explore the human spirit and how to heal with a combination of Metaphysics, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Vedic Philosophy, Yoga Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation, Journaling, Open Discussion, and combinations of Erica Jung’s personal life experiences and techniques gathered over an extensive career in preventative and western health care.

For yoga teachers, this will be a powerful space of self healing and awareness allowing for deeper and stronger presence and clarity as a guide, as well as being able to invite your students to explore more than just movement.

For any yoga practitioner or persons looking to lead a healthier and happier life, this course will guide you in embracing the pains that hold us back, and release them for a freedom and happiness you’ve never felt before.
