Built off of the engagement and technique taught in our Vinyasa style classes, MVMNT & FLIGHT will dramatically improve your proprioception, mobility, agility, and stamina. This class is for the mid-advanced level athlete / practitioner looking to increase their strength, coordination, and "loaded" range of motion.
- At least 3-6 months attending SUMMUS open level vinyasa classes.
- Some experience and basic understanding of inversions/arm balancing
